Right of Withdrawal Information

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The following cancellation policy and model cancellation form reflect the legal wording and are therefore written in formal address.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In the case of a contract for several goods that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.

In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

End of the Cancellation Policy

Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for contracts specified in § 312g Abs. 2 BGB (German Civil Code). For our product range, the following are particularly relevant:

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal with us

The quickest way is by email to support@shinorabeauty.com. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and send you the return address and all further instructions.

Please only send the goods back after you have received our return instructions so that your shipment can be clearly assigned. Your legal rights do not depend on you contacting us beforehand or waiting for our instructions.

Relationship to the 60-day money-back guarantee

Regardless of this statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee is an additional contractual service and neither restricts nor replaces your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights.
